This term will expire on December <br />31, 2007. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Mr. Peter Kleeman, 407 Hedge Street, said there are pedestrian issues of concern <br />to him. He said he is concerned that the police have not been giving warnings for <br />pedestrians trespassing on railroad property. He said the 5th Street mall crossing is <br />supposed to be permit only, but there has not been strict enforcement of this. He said the <br />enforcement should be balanced. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said Mr. Kleeman makes an excellent point and he encouraged staff to <br />do this. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown said that the problem is there is not a constant stream at the mall <br />crossing. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />President Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
