436 <br /> <br /> The majority of Council said they are willing to put the policy of 40% of new <br />funding for the schools on the table. <br /> <br />Mr. O'Connell said that the loss of 100 students will impact the school's budget. <br /> <br /> Mr. Schilling asked if there has been any analysis about why the student <br />projections were off. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said he would like to set a target of 5% for real estate tax for owner <br />occupied residents and see what it would take to get to that.
