5OO <br /> <br />Council discussed projected costs versus proposed programs. <br /> <br /> Council discuss the Cultural Center Board and how to make appointments and <br />development of a master plan. It was suggested that this be on a January Council agenda, <br />to include charge and guiding principles, potential appointments and suggested roles. <br /> <br /> Council discussed City ownership of the building and condominiums for the <br />recreation center. Council also discussed an organized corporate entity, including the <br />composition and governance process. <br /> <br /> Direction was given to Dan Gecker, through consensus of Council, to organize a <br />corporate entity by February 28, 2006. <br /> <br /> Council discussed renovation of Carver Center and what its future use may be, <br />both in the context of citywide recreation and other community needs. <br /> <br /> It was the consensus of Council that any renovation be done using the historic <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />President Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
