WE HAVE CONCLUDED <br />THAT NO UNIFORM FORMULA, SUCH AS IS NOW BEING USED IN ASSESSING REAL ESTATE, <br />HAS BEEN OR IS BEING USEp FOR ASSESSING THIS TYPE. PROPERTY IN OUR CITY. <br />REPORT ADOPTED RE: <br />BASIS FOR ASSES51N8 WE FEEL THAT IN ORDER TO TREAT ALL CONCERNED EQUALLY, A UNIFORM FORMULA <br />MACHINERY, TOOLS AND SHOULR BE USED IN MAKING THIS ASSESSMENT AND WE THEREFORE RESPECTFULLY RECOMMEND <br />BUSINESS FURNITURE ~ THAT THE COUNCIL SUGGEST AND RECOMMEND TO THE COMMISSIONER OF REVENUE THAT THE <br />FIXTURES FOLLOWING FORMULA BE USED: <br />. 1. GUTTER B£ IN5TALLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON THE FOLLOWING STREETS: <br />1. THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED PART OF HARRIS STREET. THIS CURB <br />AND GUTTER AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF STORM PIPE IS NECESSARY <br />IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE BANKS ON THIS STREET, AND IN OUR <br />OPINION, THE COST OF THIS IMPROVEMENT WILL BE MORE THAN <br />OFFSET IN FUTURE YEARS BY THE SAVINGS IN MAINTENANCE COSTS. <br />STREET COMMITTEE REPORT 2. THE FOUR RAMPS LEADING TO AND FRUM THE NEW RT. 250 ~ISTRI~ <br />ADOPTED RE: CURB AND GUTTER BUTTON ROAD AT PARK STREET. THESE CURBS AND GUTTERS AND <br />ON HARRIS STREET AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF GUARD RAIL ARE NEEDED, NOT ONLY TO PROTECT <br />RT. 250 AT PARK STREET.
