He said he has an interest in having the City Manager withdraw
his letter to VHDA in support of the project. He said he would like to find out more
about this and put it on a future agenda.

Mr. Lynch said he is not convinced there is a real plan for caseload management
at the Mews.

Ms. Hamilton agreed.

Dr. Brown said he will put the item on an upcoming meeting.

Mr. Caravati said he will agree to second the motion regarding changing fiscal
agent status for Region Ten if it is brought back to Council.

Mr. Caravati thanked Ms. Small-Toney for the exhibit at Jefferson School.

Mr. O’Connell presented information to Council regarding possible names for the
th
Board for Jefferson School to be considered by Council on March 6.

Mr. Schilling said he is uncomfortable receiving the information at a public
meeting and being asked not to disclose the names.

Mr. O’Connell said that additional members, including a Council Member, are
needed on the Housing Policy Task Force.

The meeting was adjourned.

_____________________________ ___________________________
President Clerk
