<br /> 87 <br /> Mr. Lynch said a public hearing on the Meadowcreek Parkway interchange will <br />be held on March 23 from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. and he asked Council to move the work <br />session that is scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m. to start at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Schilling said he is not able to change the time of the work session. <br /> <br /> The time of the work session was not changed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati said he thinks Mr. Kleeman made a good point about the location of <br />the interchange public hearing. <br /> <br /> Mr. O’Connell presented information on the process to obtain a decal for a large <br />item pickup. He said he thinks it is a fairly convenient process. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said that having used the service, he does not think it is workable, and <br />suggested that the pickups be scheduled and residents billed for the service. <br /> <br /> Ms. Hamilton suggested putting the charge on utility bills. <br /> <br /> Mr. Schilling suggested taking credit cards for the service. <br /> Mr. O’Connell said there are concerns about trains sitting on the tracks in the <br />City, and he will find out more information before putting Buckingham Railroad’s <br />rd <br />request back on the April 3 agenda. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch suggested that a meeting be scheduled with Buckingham Railroad to <br />discuss use of the tracks. <br /> <br /> The meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />_____________________________ _____________________________ <br />President Clerk <br /> <br />
