143 <br /> Mr. Tolbert said there may be things that the City wants to put into the contract <br />with AHIP, and the contract may need to be tightened up. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown said he appreciates AHIP taking time to come and respond to the <br />comments. He said he wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge a flaw in the <br />public comment process where citizens can make unsubstantiated remarks. <br /> <br /> The Appropriation for CDBG and HOME Funds, which was offered at the April <br />rd <br />3 meeting, was approved by the following vote. Ayes: Dr. Brown, Mr. Caravati, Ms. <br />Hamilton, Mr. Lynch, Mr. Schilling.
