HE ALSO STATED, HOWEVER, THAT SINCE THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROUTE ~25O BY-PASS, THAT SANITARY SEWAGE SERVICE COULD BE <br />MADE AVAILABLE TO THESE PROPERTIES AT A TOTAL COST OF APPROXIMATELY $B,OOO.OO. <br />THE CITY MANAGER STATED THAT IN THE EVENT THESE PROPERTY OWNERS WISHED TO INSTALL <br />A SANITARY SEWAGE LINE, THAT HE FELT THAT THE CITY SHOULD CONTRIBUTE $3OO.OO FOR EA( <br />OF THE SIX HOUSES WHICH COULD BE SERVED BY THIS LINE, THIS BEING THE AVERAGE AMOUNT <br />WHICH THE CITY PAYS FOR SEWERS IN NEW SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CITY. <br />A MOTION BY MR. NOES: NONE. <br />THE CITY MANAGER PRESENTED A COST ESTIMATE FOR THE EXTENSION OF WATER AND <br />GAS LINES FOR INSIDE THE CITY LIMITS TO ROUGEMONT AVENUE WHICH IS OUTSIDE THE <br />WATER AND GAS LINES - <br />ROUGEMONT AVENUE CITY LIMITS. HE STATED THAT THE CITY~S PORTION, OR ONE-HALF OF THE COST OF <br />THE LINES INSIDE THE CITY, WOULD AMOUNT TO $814.48, AND RECOMMENDED THAT THIS <br />BE DONE. ON MOTION BY MR.
