Noes: Mr. Huja and Mr. Taliaferro. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Mr. Raymond Mason, 707 Cynthianna Avenue, said it is hard for a fire ladder <br />truck to maneuver around lights and cafes on the downtown mall. He said Council is <br />sacrificing safety for businesses.
