She said she is <br />hearing the concern, but said she believes we can communicate well and come to terms <br />with any future redevelopment plan. She said Preston Avenue has great potential. <br /> <br /> Mr. Taliaferro said he agrees with the Planning Commission’s recommendation <br />about the Monticello Dairy. <br /> <br /> Mr. Huja said he has concerns with the recommendation about including the <br />buildings on either side, but can go either way. <br /> Mr. Norris said he supports preserving the original structure, but feels the <br />recommendation is a little arbitrary.
