6 <br /> <br />3. Have demonstrated complicity in the Darfur genocide. <br /> <br />Companies that meet any of the following criteria shall not be considered targeted for <br />divestment: <br /> <br />1. Companies contracting exclusively with the Government of South Sudan. <br /> <br />2. Companies primarily participating in the provision of goods or services that <br />principally and directly benefit marginalized populations in Sudan. <br /> <br />3. Companies involved in the distribution of general downstream consumer goods <br />and services within the country. <br /> <br />4. Companies whose primary purpose in Sudan is humanitarian, medical, <br />journalistic, educational, or any other “social good.” <br /> <br />5.
