She <br />said graphic design and printing services were donated and the schools provided poems. <br />She said the idea is to open it up to the greater community in the future. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown said it is a great project. <br /> <br />REPORT <br />: SCHEDULE OF FUTURE COUNCIL ACTIONS FOR ROUTE 250 <br />BYPASS INTERCHANGE AT MCINTIRE ROAD, MCINTIRE ROAD EXTENDED, <br />AND MEADOW CREEK PARKWAY <br /> <br /> Mr. Tolbert presented an update on where we are with the road projects and what <br />future action will be needed. <br /> <br /> Ms. Jeanette Janiczek, UCI Project Manager, said the Section 106 process is <br />being done for McIntire Road Extended, and will be completed in September 2009 at the <br />earliest. She said the City is administering the Rt.250 interchange project, and <br />construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2010. She said the environmental <br />assessment and public hearing will be held in late summer or fall of 2009, and <br />neighborhood meetings will be held regarding closing Hillcrest. Ms. Janiczek said <br />required action by Council on Meadow Creek Parkway depends on the outcome of the <br /> <br />
