He proposed to correct this by swapping the CDBG funds <br />intended for Habitat and providing them to AHIP; taking $144,637 from the <br />Charlottesville Housing fund awarded to AHIP for housing rehabilitation and giving <br />those to Habitat for the Paton Street LEED residence. He also requested that $100,000 <br />from the FY 10 Housing fund be allocated to AHIP for housing rehabilitation. <br /> <br /> Responding to a question from Ms. Edwards, Mr. Tolbert said there is not time to <br />th <br />consult with the CDBG Task Force as the City only has until July 15 to determine <br />another project for the funds. <br /> <br /> Mr. Norris said staff has been creative in meeting the same objectives. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Huja, seconded by Mr. Taliaferro, Council voted to approve <br />Mr. Tolbert’s recommendations listed above by the following vote. Ayes. Dr. Brown, <br />Ms. Edwards, Mr. Huja, Mr. Norris, Mr. Taliaferro.
