16 <br /> Ms. Betty Mooney, 201 Sunset Avenue, said she hopes Council will look at <br />memos given to them by Kevin Lynch. She said they will clearly show that Tom <br />Frederick has misled Council and the public. She said we need accurate information. <br />She asked Council to report to the public by the next meeting what they plan to do to Mr. <br />Frederick. She asked that harassment against Peter van der Linde be investigated. She <br />asked why the five year trash collection contract happened. She said there is an <br />opportunity for the community to recycle more. <br /> <br /> Ms. Sondra Ingram, Preservation Virginia, said that McIntire Park is on their most <br />engaged list. She said she does not think historic resources have been properly <br />considered with the Meadow Creek Parkway and said they have not signed the MOA. <br /> <br />COUNCIL RESPONSES TO MATTERS BY THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Mr. Huja asked staff to follow up with Ms. Smith’s comments. <br /> <br /> Dr. Brown said he agrees about front loading washing machines, but the problem <br />is that washing machines can move with people, but toilets do not. <br /> <br /> Mr. Norris said Council has been led to believe all parties are ready to sign the <br />MOA, and it is troubling if they have not seen it. He asked staff to follow up and give a <br />report to Council.
