He said he is <br />pleased that Council wrote to VDOT saying it will not agree to build an at grade <br />intersection. <br /> <br />COUNCIL RESPONSES TO MATTERS BY THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Ms. Szakos apologized to Mr. Carr and said the situation is not acceptable. She <br />said we need to figure out how not to allow that to happen again.
