Ms. Szakos asked what would happen if the PUD were <br />approved but the not the slope waiver. Mr. Haluska clarified that once you grant a PUD, you <br />cannot go back to the By -Right plan. Mr. Brown said Council should deny them both or grant <br />them both. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith said if they do the by -right plan, they still need a critical slope waiver. Mr. <br />Haluska said this is correct. Ms. Smith said the critical slopes waiver is a check on the by -right. <br /> <br />Ms. Galvin asked if anything had come of discussions regarding site plans. Ms. Galvin <br />said the developers should have hired an architect instead of consulting with her as a Councilor. <br />Mr. Baldwin said he did not receive Ms. Galvin's comments. <br /> <br />Ms. Szakos asked if something had changed since they came to us.
