0 <br />APPROPRIATICN RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $37,042, estimated to be received by the <br />City in federal funds under the Comprehensive Employment and <br />Training Act as reimbursement for the City's indirect costs of <br />administration of the CETA program for the current fiscal year are <br />hereby designated to be credited as revenues in the City's General <br />Fund; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such sum of $37,042 is hereby <br />transferred from the General Fund to the Grants Fund and <br />appropriated to expenditure account 11-91200 for the payment of <br />costs incurred by the City for the administration of such CETA <br />program; <br />Provided, however, that such appropriation shall <br />and contingent upon the actual receipt by the General <br />• revenues and the appropriation shall be limited to the <br />revenue actually received. <br />Copy Teste: <br />Clerk of the Council <br />0 <br />Adopted by the Council <br />October 1, 1979 <br />be subject to <br />Fund of such <br />amount of <br />
