0 <br />APPROPRIATION <br />$1,509,234.00 <br />JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Charlottes- <br />ville, Virginia, that the Director of Finance is authorized <br />to create a special fund designated as the Job Training <br />Partnership Act Fund, and that the sum received from the <br />Employment and Training Division of the Commonwealth of Virginia <br />pursuant to such Act, estimated at $1,509,234.00 is hereby <br />appropriated to such fund, to be expended on authorization <br />from the City Manager or his designee, and in accordance with <br />applicable state and federal laws and regulations, to carry <br />out the purposes of the Act. <br />Approved by Council <br />May 21, 1984 <br />• <br />CYetk of Council <br />LJ <br />':�I-4- g <br />
