• <br />• <br />• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />Grant to Charlottesville Industrial Development Authority <br />$35,000 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $35,000 is hereby appropriated from the <br />unappropriated balance of the General Fund as a grant to the <br />Charlottesville Industrial Development Authority (CIDA) for the <br />sole purpose of fulfilling CIDA's obligations under its contract <br />with the Charlottesville Downtown Foundation, Inc., such contract <br />having been approved in draft form by this Council on November 20, <br />1989. <br />Approved by Council <br />December 4, 1989 <br />Pr k oy Council <br />89 -4 -47 <br />
