• RESOLUTION <br />Funding for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System <br />$907,727 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that <br />the sum of $907,727 is hereby re -appropriated and transferred from account 26-181- <br />121113 in the Capital Fund (Blue Ridge Juvenile Detention Facility account) to account <br />26-020-045028 in the Capital Fund (CAD System/City Share) for the purpose of funding <br />the City's share of the multi -jurisdictional computer dispatch system at the Emergency <br />Communications Center. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br />execute on behalf of the City an agreement among the City of Charlottesville, County of <br />• Albemarle, and the University of Virginia, in form approved by the City Attorney's <br />Office; related to the terms of payment for the CAD system. <br />Approved by Council <br />March 22, 2000 <br />A-Cl.i(,tit.,li <br />Lclkrk of City Council <br />0 <br />
