A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR • THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE'S 2003-04 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT $712,965 WHEREAS, the City of Charlottesville has been advised of the approval by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development of a Community Development Block Grant for the 2003-2004 fiscal year in the total amount of $712,965, which includes funds for the Rose Hill Neighborhood totaling $200,000, and program income/reprogramming of $45,965.
