The City Manager is authorized to enter <br />into agreements with those agencies and organizations as he may deem advisable to ensure that the <br />subg, ants are expended for the intended purposes, and in accordance with applicable federal and <br />state laws and regulations; and <br />The City Manager, the Directors of Finance or Neighborhood Development Services, and staff of <br />the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRNA) are authorized and directed to <br />establish appropriate expenditure sub -accounts in the Community Development Block Grant Fund <br />to assist the City and CRHA in accounting for such programs, and to establish administrative <br />procedures and provide for mutual assistance in the execution of the programs as provided by the <br />Board of CRNA. <br />Approved by Council <br />July 21, 2003 <br />le k of City Council <br />
