In the event the position becomes vacant during the term of this <br />Agreement, the City shall notify the University and the parties shall evaluate whether or <br />not to hire a replacement inspector at that time. <br />5. The City's designated representative to receive all communications, <br />claims and correspondence regarding this Agreement is Jim Tolbert, Director, <br />Neighborhood Development Services, at the following address: 610 E. Market Street, <br />Charlottesville, VA 22902. The University's designated representative to receive all <br />communications, claims and correspondence regarding this Agreement <br />is at the following address: <br />6. This Agreement shall be effective upon execution by both parties and shall <br />continue in effect until the end of the inspector's second year of employment. <br />7. This Agreement may be modified by the parties during performance, but <br />no modification shall be valid or enforceable unless in writing and signed by each of the <br />parties hereto in the same manner and with the same formality as this Agreement.
