• <br />APPROPRIATION <br />Students Responding in Peaceful and Positive Ways Program <br />$41,500 <br />WHEREAS, the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services has awarded the City <br />of Charlottesville a Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Grant to fund the Students <br />Responding in Peaceful and Positive Ways Program in the Charlottesville City Schools in the <br />amount of $41,500; and <br />WHEREAS, the Charlottesville City Schools will provide a local in -kind match in the <br />amount of $20,750; and <br />WHEREAS, the grant award covers the period from October 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia, that the sum of $41,500, received as a grant from the Virginia <br />Department of Criminal Justice Services, is hereby appropriated in the following manner: <br />Revenue - $41,500 <br />$41,500 Fund: 209 Internal Order: 1900072 (CCF) G/L Account: 430110 <br />Expenditures - $41,500 <br />$25,425 Fund: 209 Internal Order: 1900072 (CCF) G/L Account: 530010 <br />$2,000 Fund: 209 Internal Order: 1900072 (CCF) G/L Account: 530100 <br />• $14,075 Fund: 209 Internal Order: 1900072 (CCF) G/L Account: 530670 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appropriation is conditioned upon the receipt <br />of $41,500 from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. <br />Approved by Council <br />November 20, 2006 <br />• <br />of City Council <br />
