r- <br />3. <br />•also state the cash receipts of the retirement fund for the previous year in detail, an <br />itemized list of securities bought or sold with the price paid or received and a detailed <br />list of all assets of the fund The report may also contain any recommendations the <br />retirement plan commission desires to make concerning changes in the code with respect <br />to the retirement fund or the retirement plan. To assist it in its discharge of its re- <br />sponsibilities under the provisions of this article and Article XVI of this chapter, the <br />retirement plan commission may employ an actuary as its technical advisor and incur <br />such other expenditures as it deems necessary for the efficient administration of the <br />retirement fund and the retirement plan. <br />Section 2-198. Disbursements. <br />All disbursements by the retirement plan commission shall be by warrant of the <br />secretary drawn on the city treasurer. <br />2.
