0 <br />Pg. 2: <br />Yard, front. A yard extending across the front of a lot between the <br />side yard lines and being the minimum horizontal distance between the <br />street right-of-way line and the main building or any projection thereof, <br />other than steps, unenclosed balconies and unenclosed porches. On corner <br />lots, the front yard shall be considered as being adjacent to the stre—c <br />which the lot has its least dimension. <br />Section 31-13. Permitted uses - By right. <br />The following uses shall be permitted by right in the R-1 District: <br />(a) Single family detached dwellings; provided, however, that <br />residency therein shall be limited to not more than four unreleated persons. <br />Single family detached dwelling shall be a permitted use. However, any <br />two family dwelling which was completely constructed with all plumbing <br />fixtures installed and the two family dwellings for which a city building <br />permit has been issued and were at least twenty percent constructed on the <br />site prior to August -3;-1964; December 31, 1964, shall be considered a <br />conforming use. <br />(d) Church and places of worship. exe�nding-temporary-reeive� <br />feed#ties.- Temporary or outdoor facilities for revival services sh <br />subject to the following regulations: <br />(1) The church sponsoring such a revival shall first <br />secure a permit for such use from the Zoning Administrator <br />(2) The temoorary use shall not continue for a period <br />(3) A temporary permit for the same church shall not be <br />issued more than once every six months; <br />(4) The proposed use shall not, in the opinion of the <br />Zoning Administrator, have an adverse impact on the <br />surroundina neiahborhood; <br />(5) The Zoning Administrator may attach such specific <br />conditions to the issuance of the temporary permit as he <br />deems necessary to minimize potential adverse impact on <br />the surrounding neighborhood; <br />(6) There shall be a fee of ten dollars for each <br />temporary permit issued. <br />(h) Circuses, carnivals, and other similar transient amusement <br />enterprises shall be permitted uses subject to the following conditions: <br />(1) The sponsor of such use shall first secure a <br />• temporary permit for such use from the Zoning Administrator; <br />(2) The temporary use shall not continue for a period <br />greater than fourteen days; <br />be <br />
