• <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REENACTING SECTION 2-103 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />RELATING TO THE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that <br />92-103 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, be amended and <br />reenacted as follows: <br />SECTION 2-103. Membership; appointment and terms of members; vacancies. <br />(a) The social development commission shall be composed of th#rteee <br />fourteen members, who shall be appointed by the city council with a view to <br />providing a broad representation of various segments of the community. <br />(b) A€-�e-sem�e�e-€red-aggea�e�-€eve-ska��-§e-aggeg#e�-€e�-des <br />e€-h�ee-gears-esel�z-€eu�-€er-keys-a€-6xe-yea�e-sae§-sed-€eu�-€er-kepae-s€ <br />see-gear-ese�.--eree€�eri All appointments shall be for three years, except <br />for appointments to fill vacancies which shall be for the unexpired remainder of <br />the term.
