AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REENACTIN SECTION 2-103 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />RELATING TO THE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that <br />§2-103 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, be amended <br />and reenacted as follows: <br />SECTION 2-103.
