Q <br />•whose account remains in arrears more than ten days after such customer has <br />been mailed a final notice, which notice shall plainly indicate that service <br />may be terminated if payment is not <br />Section 29-5.2. Charge for bad checks. <br />Any customer whose check for payment of his account or any portion <br />thereof is returned by the financial institution on which drawn for <br />insufficient funds shall be subject to a charge of five dollars, which <br />charge shall be added to and become a part of the account of such customer. <br />Section 29-7.1. Same; charge for removal of meter. <br />Whenever the director of finance determines that water service which <br />was terminated for nonpayment has been restored by someone other than <br />authorized personnel of the city, he shall have the metering device for that <br />address removed, and shall assess an additional charge of thirty dollars to <br />such account. <br />2.
