• AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTION 30-16 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE <br />COMMUNITY ATTENTION HOME ADVISORY BOARD <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that <br />§30-16 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, be amended and <br />reordained as follows: <br />SECTION 30-16. Advisory Board - Created; composition. <br />To advise and assist the city manager in the administration of the <br />home, there is hereby created the community attention home advisory board. <br />The board shall be composed of nine members appointed by city council. Of <br />the members first appointed, three shall be appointed for terms of three <br />years each, three shall be appointed for terms of two years each and three <br />shall be appointed for terms of one year each. Thereafter all terms shall be <br />of three years in duration.
