Version recommended by Planning Commission on December 21, 1977 • AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTIONS 31-33 AND 31-140.1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, AS AMENDED, AND FURTHER TO AMEND CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE XX, OF SAID CODE, WHICH CHAPTER CONSTITUTES THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, BY ADDING A SECTION 31-228.1, THE AMENDED AND NEW SECTIONS RELATING GENERALLY TO THE APPLICABILITY OF SPECIAL PERMITS FOR HIGHER DENSITY RESIDENTIAL USES, TO THE MODIFICATION OF CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON STRUCTURES IN THE ADC DISTRICT UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, AND TO THE MODIFICATION OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS GENERALLY AS A CONDITION OF SPECIAL PERMIT APPROVALS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville: 1. That §§31-33 and 31-140.1 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended, be amended and reordained and that Chapter 31, Article XX of said code be further amended by adding §31-228.1, as follows: Section 31-33.
