w <br />Section 31-100. Same - With special use permit. <br />The following uses may be permitted with a special use permit in the <br />• B-4 District. <br />(a) Residential high density up to one hundred twenty dwelling <br />units per acre subject to regulations as set forth in <br />Article V. <br />(b) Public utility facilities. <br />(c) Dry cleaning establishments of moderate or high hazard, as <br />defined by the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. <br />(d) Animal shelters, boarding or breeding facilities with outside <br />runs or pens. <br />(e) Animal hospitals without outside runs or pens. <br />Section 31-107. Same -- With special use permits. <br />The following uses may be permitted with a special use permit in the <br />M-1 District. <br />(a) Open storage yard (lumber, construction materials and equipment, <br />(etc.) <br />(b) Animal shelters, boarding or breeding facilities with outside <br />runs or pens. <br />(c) Animal hospitals without outside runs or pens. <br />• Section 31-113. Permitted uses by right. <br />The following uses shall be permitted by right in the M-2 District. <br />(a) Any use permitted by right in the M-1 Restricted Industrial <br />District except residential uses. <br />(b) Dwellings for resident watchmen and caretakers employed on the <br />premises. <br />(c) Outside storage yards. <br />(d) Truck terminals. <br />(e) Animal shelters, boarding or breeding facilities with outside <br />runs or pens. <br />(f) Animal hospitals without outside runs or pens. <br />(g) Any other use in harmony with the purposes and intent as stated <br />in Section 31-111, not in conflict with any provision of this <br />code or other ordinances of the city regulating nuisances, <br />except the uses prohibited and restricted in Section 31-114. <br />Section 31-208.1. Animal shelters. <br />The following standards shall be followed in developing site plans for <br />animal shelters: <br />• (a) The building shall be reasonably soundproofed from neighboring <br />
