AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTIONS 31-32 AND 31-81 • OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SETBACKS FOR TRANSMISSION TOWERS BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that §§31-32 and 31-81 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended, be amended and reordained as follows: Section 31-32. Radio, Television, telephone, telegraph and electricity transmission towers. Section 31-81. Yard regulations. The following yard requirements apply in B-1 Business Districts: (a) Front yard. There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than twenty feet. (b) Side yard(s). A side yard is not required except on the side of a lot adjoining a residential district, in which case, there shall be a one -foot side yard for every two feet of building height, with a minimum of ten feet of side yard. (c) Rear yard. A rear yard is not required except when the rear of the lot is adjoining a residential district or use, in which case, there shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than twenty feet. (d) General.
