AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN <br />SECTION 2-103, AS AMENDED, OF THE <br />• CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, <br />1976, RELATING TO THE SOCIAL DEVELOP- <br />MENT COMMISSION <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that <br />Section 2-103, as amended, of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, <br />is amended, and reordained as follows: <br />Section 2-103• Membership; appointment and terms of members; vacancies. <br />(a) The social development commission shall be composed of fourteen <br />eleven members, who shall be appointed by the city council with a view to <br />providing a broad representation of various segments of the community. <br />(b) All appointments shall be for three years, except for appointments <br />to fill vacancies which shall be for the unexpired remainder of the term.
