n <br />LJ <br />• <br />Pg. 7 <br />(b) No worker shall be required to be examined or certified by <br />the building official if such person was certified or licensed for <br />two years prior to January one, nineteen hundred eighty (January 1, <br />1980), in accordance with provisions made by any local governing body <br />or by the Commonwealth. <br />Section 5.05-13. Examination fee; certificate term; <br />renewal. <br />A fee of ten dollars shall be paid for the examination and <br />issuance of a certificate, independent of the city license tax. The <br />fee shall be paid in advance of the examination and is not refundable <br />to applicants who fail the examination.
