4. <br />E <br />facts as to why he or she should not be convicted of such offense. <br />Such forms shall then be forwarded to the police department which <br />shall comment thereon as to the facts of the case. The judge of the <br />general district court shall then dispose of the case based upon the <br />facts presented on such forms. <br />(f) Any person who has received a notice pursuant to subsection <br />(a), (b) or (c) of this section; and fails to comply with subsections <br />(a) through (e) of this section within forty-eight hours; shall be <br />subject to the following fines; and, in addition, a summons or arrest <br />warrant may be issued for such person pursuant to Code of Virginia, <br />section 46.1-179.01: <br />(1) Failure to comply with notice issued pursant to subsection <br />(a): Five Seven dollars. <br />(2) Failure to comply with notice issued pursuant to subsection <br />(b): Five Seven dollars. <br />(3) Failure to comply with notice issued pursuant to subsection <br />(c): Ten Twelve dollars. <br />2.
