• <br />3. <br />(6) Parking a bus or truck on a street between 12:00 midnight <br />and 6:00 a.m. in violation of section 16-39. <br />(7) Parking a vehicle in violation of permit parking zone <br />regulations and sections 16-56 and 16-57. <br />(8) Parking a vehicle within fifteen feet of a fire hydrant in <br />violation of section 16-28. <br />(9) Parking a vehicle in front of a private driveway in <br />violation of section 16-28. <br />(10) Parking a vehicle within fifteen feet of the entrance of <br />a fire station in violation of section 16-28. <br />(11) Parking a vehicle within fifteen feet of a building housing <br />rescue squad equipment or ambulances in violation of section 16-28. <br />(12) Parking a vehicle abreast of another vehicle parked on a <br />street in violation of section 16-31. <br />• (13) Parking a vehicle within twenty feet of the intersection <br />of curb lines in violation of section 16-28. <br />(14) Parking a vehicle within fifteen feet of the intersection <br />of property lines at the intersection of streets where no curb lines <br />exist in violation of section 16-28. <br />(15) Parking a vehicle without a current city license sticker <br />in violation of section 16-29. <br />(16) Parking a vehicle in violation of section 16-43.2 in a <br />e on public or private property designated pursuant to that <br />ion as having been reserved for the use of handicapped driver <br />(d) Whenever a "reply mail" envelope is used for transmitting <br />any cash, check, draft or money order by mail to the parking enforce- <br />ment bureau of the city treasurer's office, pursuant to the provisions <br />of this section, the responsibility for receipt of the cash, check, <br />draft or money order by the treasurer shall be that of the registered <br />owner of the vehicle parked in violation, on which such notice has <br />been placed. <br />• (e) Any person who has received a notice pursuant to subsection <br />(a), (b); or (c) of this section and wishes to contest the offense <br />cited in such notice; may, within forty-eight hours after receipt of <br />such notice, appear at the parking enforcement bureau in the city <br />treasurer's office and, on forms provided by the treasurer, state the <br />
