AN ORDINANCE <br />TO REPEAL SECTIONS 6-5, 6-6 AND 6-7, <br />AS AMENDED, OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE AND TO AMEND CHAPTER 6 <br />OF SUCH CODE BY ADDING A NEW SECTION NUMBERED 6-7.1, <br />THE REPEALED AND ADDED SECTIONS RELATING TO THE <br />PERPETUAL CARE FUND FOR CITY CEMETERIES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia: <br />1. That Sections 6-5, 6-6 and 6-7, as amended, of the Code of <br />the City of Charlottesville are hereby repealed. <br />2. That Chapter 6 of such Code is amended by adding section 6-7.1, <br />as follows: <br />Section 6-7.1.
