Placarding of condemned dwellings. <br />Any dwelling, building or dwelling unit condemned as unfit for <br />human habitation shall be so designated and placarded by the enforc- <br />ing officer; provided, that ig-eases-where-e-speeifse-tn+e-fer <br />eampler�ee-4s-desgnetee�; the placarding shall not be carried out <br />until after entry of a final <br />condemnation order and after either the end of the time for appeal <br />of such order or entry of a decision of the housing board of adjust- <br />ments and appeals affirming such order. Any dwelling unit thus <br />condemned and placarded shall be vacated within a reasonable time..-, <br />which time shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of <br />section 13-34.5 of this article. The placard shall bear the <br />following inscription: <br />"This building and premises is are condemned as unfit for <br />human habitation or occupancy, and the use or occupancy of this <br />building and premises is prohibted and unlawful." <br />Section 13-36. Use of condemned buildings prohibited; <br />removal of placard upon correction of <br />defects. <br />No dwelling, building or dwelling unit which has been condemned <br />and placarded as unfit for human habitation shall again be used for <br />
