• AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTIONS 16.1-2 AND 16.1-5 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />RELATING TO DEFINITIONS AND <br />METHODS OF MEASURING SOUND LEVELS <br />APPLICABLE UNDER THE CITY NOISE CONTROL ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottes- <br />ville, Virginia: <br />That sections 16.1-2 and 16.1-5 of the Code of the <br />City of Charlottesville, 1976, are amended and reordained <br />as follows: <br />Section 16.1-2. Definitions. <br />(j) Property boundary. An imaginary line along the <br />ground surface, and its vertical extension, which separates <br />the real property owned, leased or otherwise legally controlled <br />by one person from that owned, leased or otherwise legally <br />controlled by another person, bnt-net including intra -building <br />real property divisions. <br />• <br />
