• AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND AND REORDAIN <br />SECTIONS 31-20, 31-159 AND 31-271, <br />AS SEVERALLY AMENDED <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />RELATING TO PERMITTED USES IN <br />R-2 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES <br />AND THE POSTING OF SIGNS ADVERTISING <br />PROPOSED CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS, <br />ALL UNDER THE CITY ZONING ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville <br />that sections 31-20, 31-159 and 31-271, as severally amended, of <br />the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, are amended and <br />reordained as follows: <br />Section 31-20. Permitted uses -- By right. <br />The following uses shall be permitted by right in the R-2 <br />District: <br />• (a) Any use permitted by right in the R-1 Residential District, <br />subject to the regulations set forth in article II, unless specified <br />otherwise in this article. <br />(b) Two-family dwellings. <br />(c) Single family attached dwellings, ttg-to-€eur meaning two <br />attached dwellings designed and constructed so as to permit the <br />sale of each as an individual <br />Section 31-159. Aisles, entrance, exit driveways and <br />loading space. <br />Aisles, entrance and exit driveways shall be built to the <br />following minimum specifications: <br />(a) Aisles with two-way traffic movement shall be not less <br />than twenty-four feet in width. <br />(b) Aisles with one-way traffic movement shall be as <br />specified below: <br />• <br />
