of the City is directed to publish once within ten (10) days <br />of the date of such filing a notice of the adoption of this <br />ordinance in The Daily Progress, a newspaper of general <br />• circulation in; City, all in accordance with Section <br />15.1-199 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. Such <br />notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />"LEGAL NOTICE <br />Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section <br />15.1-199 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, that the <br />Co ncil of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, adopted on <br />,D�O , 1983 an ordinance authorizing the issuance in <br />0 or more series of $1,500,000 principal amount of general <br />o ligation General Improvement Bonds of such City and <br />further authorizing the issuance of up to an equal principal <br />amount of general obligation bond anticipation notes in <br />anticipation of the issuance of such bonds. mhp hnnHs and <br />notes so authorized are in lieu of and substitution for <br />bonds heretofore authorized by an ordinance adopted on <br />September 20, 1981.
