• AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING AND REENACTING THE DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED <br />IN SECTION 31-4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, <br />BY THE REZONING OF PROPERTIES LOCATED ON 5TH STREET, S. W., EXTD. <br />IN THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville <br />that the District Map Incorporated in Section 31-4 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, be <br />amended and reenacted as follows: <br />Section 31-4. Zoning district map. <br />Changing from R-3 Residential Multiple Dwelling District <br />and R-2 Residential District to B-3 Business District a strip of <br />land on the west side of 5th Street, S. W., Extd. ranging in width <br />from approximately 105 feet in the rear to 170 feet fronting on <br />5th Street, S.
