(z) Trade secret. Any formula, plan, pattern, process, tool <br />• mechanism, material, compound, procedure, production data or <br />compilation of information which is not patented, which is known <br />only to certain individuals within a commercial concern who are <br />using it to fabricate or produce a compound, an article of trade, <br />or a service having commercial value and which gives its users an <br />opportunity to obtain a business advantage over competitors who do <br />not know or use it. <br />Section 24-13. Restriction on usage of sanitary sewers. <br />Section 24-14. Substances not to be deposited in saattary <br />sewerage system. <br />No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged er-degesited <br />eay-ef-the-fellewiag into any sewer-farmiae3-a-part-e£-the-seaiterq <br />portion of the sewerage system of the City, directly or indirectly, <br />any pollutant or wastewater which will: interfere with the operation <br />or performance of the collection system or sewage treatment plant; <br />constitute a hazard to human life or health; interfere with or impede <br />the disposal of treatment by-products such as scums and sludges; pass <br />through the treatment system so as to violate any local, state or <br />• federal stream standard; or create a public nuisance. Discharges of <br />the following are prohibited: <br />(a) Any waste;-liqui&-er-eager having a temperature higher <br />than one hundred and fifty degrees Farenheit (150°F.) at the point <br />of discharge or of such temperature and quantity to cause the <br />sewage treatment plant influent temperature to exceed one hundred <br />and four degrees Farenheit (1040F.). <br />(b) Any water or waste containing more than one hundred (100) <br />parts per million of fat, oil; or grease, exel-usiee-e£-seep as <br />determined by the Partition Gravimetric Method set forth in <br />"Standard Methods." <br />(d) Any solid garbage or waste in-exeess-e£-eeneerftratiens <br />greseat-in-aermel-e�emestie-sewage that has not been gregerly <br />adequately shredded to pass through a one-half (1/2) inch screen. <br />n <br />U <br />
