(e) Any ashes, cinders, sand, mud, straw, shavings, lint, <br />• glass, rags, metals, feathers, tar, plastics, wood, paunch manure, <br />insulation materials, fibers of any kind, stock or poultry feeds, <br />processed grains, viscera or any other solid or viscous substance <br />in-excess-ef-eeneentret4ens-gresent-#n-nermel-�emestle-sewage <br />capable of causing obstruction to flow in sewers or interference <br />with proper operation of waste sewage treatment facilities. <br />• <br />L <br />(f) Any waters or wastes having a stabilized pH lower than <br />6.0 or higher than 9.0 or having properties capable of either <br />causing damage to structures and equipment of the sanitary sewer <br />system er-semege-treatment-giants-er-creat#ng-e-hegar&-te-gersennel <br />engaged-#n-egerat}en-an&-matntenenee-ef-such-faellstles. <br />(g) Any waters or wastes having objectionable color which <br />is not removable by the existing waste sewage treatment plant <br />processes. <br />(h) Any waters or wastes containing eentaminants B.O.D. or C.O.D. <br />of such character er-in-sueh and quantity as -will -net -be -amenable <br />te-the-melte-treatment-greeesses,--er-mill-ln7nre-er-}nterfere-moth <br />the-melte-treatment-greeesses;-er-will-eenst4tnte-a-baser&-te <br />humans-er-animals;-er-mtll-create-a-haaar�-te-humans-er-anlmals7 <br />er-mrll-create-e-baser&-in-the-stream-er-watereeurse-reee#�#ng <br />the-efflaent-from-the-waste-treatment-giant that unusual attention <br />or expense is recuired in the handling of such materials in the <br />sewerage system. <br />(i) Any waters or wastes containing suspended solids of such <br />character and quantity that unusual attention or expense is requir <br />in the handling of such waste materials in the sewerage system. <br />Ji+ (j) Any noxious or malodorous gas or substance capable <br />of creating a public nuisance, or any substance or compound which, <br />when introduced into a reducing environment such as might exist in <br />the sewer system, could cause the evolution of a noxious-er <br />malodorous gas and thereby create a public nuisance. <br />47} (k) <br />-(#} (1) Any wastes containing any radioactive materials or <br />isotopes to of such half-life or concentration greater -than -that <br />permitted as may exceed any limits established by applicable <br />state or federal regulations. <br />
