Construction and interpretation. <br />Section 24-14 is to be construed and interpreted liberally. <br />The listing therein of prohibited discharges is not exclusive. <br />Any liquid waste shall be subject to review and prohibition by <br />the executive director of the Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority <br />pursuant to applicable standards established by such executive <br />director. <br />40 <br />
