Section 24-29. Consequences of revocation. <br />Before any further discharge of industrial wastewater may be <br />made by a discharger whose permit has been revoked, the discharge <br />must apply for, and be granted, a reinstatement of the revoked <br />permit, or a new permit, as the executive director of the Rivanna <br />Water & Sewer Authority and the director of public works may <br />require, and pay all delinquent fees and charges and costs <br />occasioned by the violation. <br />Section 24-30. Civil liability. <br />Any person who violates any provision of this article or any <br />condition or limitation of a permit, or plan approval related <br />thereto, shall be responsible financially and liable to the Rivanna <br />Water & Sewer Authority, in addition to normal service charges <br />and surcharges, for all costs incurred by the Authority associated <br />with such violation of this article, including, but not limited to, <br />the following: <br />(a) Cost of mileage and labor incurred in detecting and <br />correcting the violation; <br />(b) Laboratory analysis costs associated with detecting and <br />correcting the violation; <br />(c) Additional treatment costs caused by the violation or <br />associated with detecting and correcting the violation. <br />(d) Cost of any equipment <br />for detecting or correcting the <br />aired or ex <br />the Aut <br />(e) Repair and/or replacement of any part of the sewage system <br />damaged by the violation. <br />(f) Any liability, damages, fines or penalties incurred by <br />the Authoritv as a result of the violation. <br />(g) Other reasonable costs as are associated with <br />and correcting of the violation. <br />Approved by Council <br />August 6, 1984 , -/ <br />Ata,.t� <br />lam' r cot uncll <br />• <br />84-7-29 <br />ti <br />
