• AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE (1976), AS AMENDED, TO ADD A NEW ARTICLE, NUMBERED IV, RELATING TO EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia: That Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville (1976), as amended, is hereby further amended and reordained with a new Article IV, as follows: ARTICLE IV. EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE BENEFITS. Section 20-39. Health insurance coverage for permanent employees; eligibility; costs; family coverage. (a) Permanent CitX em to ees who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to artici ate in the City's Qrouu insurance lan or healthcare coverage. (b) Full-time ermanent em to ees are e1. ible to receive basic care coverage at City expense, ut the City reserves the ri t to offer extra covera at em to ee ex ense.
