• Section 31-33. Standards for R-3 Residential Multiple <br />Dwelling District. <br />The following chart contains the standards which shall be <br />required to be met in R-3 Multiple Dwelling districts unless <br />otherwise specified in this chapter. <br />• <br />4. Minimum parking - i.-5 spaces/unit see section <br />31-154(a)(2) <br />r • • <br />Section 31-34. Computation and nature of recreational <br />activities. <br />• • r <br />(e) The nature and proportions of recreational facilities <br />may be altered if, in the opinion of the director of planning or <br />the planning commission they are more appropriate for the <br />location or use in question. <br />• Section 31-66. Content of proposed plan of development. <br />The following shall be the minimum required information to be <br />included in a proposed plan of development: <br />r • r <br />(e) A detailed plan showing existing and proposed utilities <br />and drainage. <br />(g) . . . <br />(h) . . . <br />(i) The plans shall be prepared and submitted in accordance <br />with the requirements of Article XIX. <br />Section 31-70. Action by city council. <br />After the city council has received the recommendation <br />required in section 31-69, the council shall either approve or <br />disapprove the proposed planned unit development after holding a <br />public hearing in accordance with section 15.1-431 of the Code of <br />Virginia, as amended. The council may hold a joint public <br />hearing with the planning commission. After approval of the <br />planned unit development, no building or structure shall be <br />erected or building permit issued not any lots sold from any such <br />plat nor any final plat recorded except in conformity with the <br />• approved plan of development and until sufficient financial <br />guarantees for required improvements have been approved by the <br />city. The area of an approved planned unit development shall be <br />noted on the zoning map until such time as such approval may be <br />revoked. <br />
