Section 31-79. Same - With special use permit. <br />The following uses may be permitted in the B-1 Business <br />District with a special use permit: <br />(a) Hotels or motels without restaurants, and with fewer <br />than 100 rooms. <br />Section 31-85. Permitted uses - By right. <br />The following uses shall be permitted by right in the B-3 <br />Business District: <br />0 •. <br />Ei+ Automatic car wash. - <br />Section 31-120. Uses permitted subject to site plan review. <br />Any other use permitted in an existing district which is <br />overlapped by the FP District is permitted in the corresponding <br />portion of the FP District; provided, that the following <br />conditions are met: <br />(a) Plan to be submitted.
